Christmas Letting Tidings

A flurry of pre-Christmas lettings have been completed by Mere Commercial including offices at Sandgate House in Penrith to a skin and laser clinic, a storage unit at Aldby Farm near Penrith to a cleaning company, and a shop unit in Oxford Street, Workington to Autism Support Allerdale & Copeland. In addition a tenant has signed a lease on the former Princess Royal Inn at Flimby near Workington.
