Blue Swallow Guest House in Victoria Road, Penrith has been sold through joint marketing agents, Mere Commercial and Arnison Heelis.  After 12 years, Peter and Cynthia Barry have retired from the business which has been acquired by Alison Wood and Karen Colville who are relocating to Penrith from Edinburgh. Blue Swallow is a four star Visit Britain guest house with 7 letting bedrooms  of which 6 are en-suite and is well situated just a short walk from the town centre, New Squares shopping centre, Sainsburys and the leisure centre. The agreed price has not been disclosed.
