Also, a Grade II Listed office premises above Cowpers Chemist in Penrith town centre has been let to PIC 24 Healthcare Ltd. The building has its own access from Rowcliffe Lane with second and third floor accommodation extending to 582 sqft. Mere Commercial acted as letting agents for both properties.
