Tenants found for Village Pub

The New Inn at Brampton near Appleby has been let to new tenants, Peter and Rosie Elliott, following marketing by Mere Commercial. Peter and Rosie have relocated to Cumbria from Newcastle and will be upgrading the pub and developing the trade after signing a long term lease. The property is in the same ownership as Tirril Brewery.
