The former Eclipse Leisure Centre building in Derwent Drive, Workington has been sold to Chimney Sheep, suppliers of sheep wool insulation for chimneys. The self contained property includes a 15,000 sqft warehouse building on site of 1.20 acres with up to 55 parking spaces. Mere Commercial were agents for the seller, Western Leisure Ltd.
